“Taunton Pools has always been a pleasure to deal with. Ryan, Chris in the service department, along with Matthew and Frank, the technicians, are always friendly, helpful, highly skilled, competent, and professional. The counter staff are wonderful too, taking the time to provide water samples at no cost and make sure you get exactly what your pool needs. “Company is charging $10 for water tests now unless you spend $10 or buy a subscription for $24.99. The problem with this place is they are getting greedy. It started with charging far too much for chemicals to begin with. They are probably 50-100% higher priced than anyone else. Secondly, this dumb policy doesn’t consider that existing customers pay for things outside of water tests like pool closings and /or openings. They pay for parts, chemicals and products at other times when they are not getting a water test. Whoever…”

“Taunton Pools has gone above and beyond for me. Tracy spend the time to explain everything help me pick out new liner and all the things I needed for my new heater system. I can't thank her enough for everything she help me out with , I was lost until she should me the way. My kids are gonna be so happy to have their pool back and in working condition.”
