“Prompt, efficient, friendly service. All follow up was completed in a timely manner. Mark opened our pool this year. A different company closed it last year and drove an anchor stake through the waterfall pipe. Mark fixed it immediately. We had some issues with plumbing lines which he also solved. The job took less time than anticipated and as a result we were charged less than the original quote! Great to experience such integrity with a company.”

“We have contracted Simply Pools to build our backyard oasis the summer of 2021 and construction started in August 2022 as they promissed. Everything went well according to the schedule we were given. Dig , pool installation, coping and pavers. We were able to swim first week of September 2022. Communication was fairly prompt considering the very busy season . In November 2023 we decided to purchase a Beachcomber hot tub from them and we couldn't be more happier as our backyard was complete and felt that winter went faster…”

“I have nothing to say but great things about Simply pools in Milton. All the guys from the excavators, to Joe and his guys, to Chris and his guys were all professional, hardworking and could always spare a minute to answer any questions. And special mention to Aprile who was always a text or phone call away if we needed anything. We are so pleased with how our backyard turned out and can't wait to enjoy our new oasis in the summers to come.”

“Starting with the first call of thinking about getting a pool, Vince and Joe's team have been great to work with. From the planning process, design, permit, construction through to completion and ongoing maintenance the team at Simply Pools has been a pleasure to work with. The project was on time, on budget and my backyard looks amazing. “Vince, Joe and their team installed a beautiful pool for us. Megan has been very helpful and responsive to us with our many questions as first time pool owners. Vince and his team have been responsive since installation in repairing any lingering deficiencies and helping us get up and running early in the pool season. I would recommend them if you are considering taking the plunge and installing a pool.”
