“I contacted this company last September to repair a leak, they sent a tech and this is what followed. 1. Showed up to conduct an estimate and determine what was required - I was not home but I allowed them access to do the estimate. When I returned home the tech left my hot tub cover open which allowed the large tree in my back yard to collect leafs in my hot tub and no info on what was ever done.
