“Are they still servicing pools? I've been using Rand Pools for years coming and closing my pool but now I've tried to call into the number a bunch of times and it always goes straight to a message. Saw a message below that the pickering location is jo longer there too.”

“Was ready to purchase a pool from these guys. Stopped and read the reviews, I know you cant just go by the reviews. So I went by RAND POOL responses to bad reviews. They are ignorant and down right rude to the people that leave negative reviews. Before you do anything with this company read their responses to the bad reviews. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND I WILL BE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD TO RUN AWAY FROM THESE IGNORANT ABOVE OTHER PEOPLE”

“If I could, I’d rate zero stars. Rand Pools sent a third party company to my parents house to install a pool heater. 3 months later it stopped working. Apparently the company came out to assess the situation and determined that my parents had been improperly taking care of the pool. Nobody was home when they stopped by and they left no paperwork or notice of their assessment. The previous heater lasted 13 years and they’ve been taking care of their pool for over 25 years. “Terrible. Literally the worst at their jobs. Both guys were grossly out of shape which is probably why the quality of their work is putrid. Seems they enjoy morning coffee and donuts more than the job. They are horrible drivers, endangering people on the road in the neighbourhood. They take this job as a joke and don’t do anything on time. Nice try, but I witnessed you working in Scarborough. I’m not putting the address here though. Not getting my business.”

“I recently had Rand Pools winterize my pool, and while they completed the job, my experience left much to be desired. In 2022, I paid $485 for the service, and I noticed that the price increased to $540 in 2023. This year, I was shocked to see it jump to $600. I called customer service to discuss a recent price increase, but I found the representative to be quite rude. It was frustrating to feel dismissed when I was seeking clarification. While the winterization was performed adequately, the rising costs…”

“Worse company I have ever dealt with. They don’t answer emails or call, they trespass on your property. They tell you they are calling and they don’t. How are they in business. Hello. We made it clear we needed to be home for the call and you confirmed this, more than once. That is why I call it trespassing. Also chasing for you for a service call for over 4 weeks via phone and email is not jumping through hoops to me. To each their own. Too bad. I like…”

“Up until recently I would have recommended Rand Pools to any one of my friends. For regular maintenance (cleaning, opening, closing) I use a local guy who is amazing. For larger jobs (liner repair, leaks, etc...) Rand was my go to. 2 years ago Rand removed my spa tub which was tied into my pool and did an amazing job for an unbeatable price.
