“I started going to Pool Mates (Railside) after some bad service elsewhere. I've now been with Pool Mates for over two years and must say Laura and Yulanda have been very helpful. I find Yulanda to be very knowledgeable, she takes the time to ask about my salt system type in order to recommend the correct chemicals to use. The support staff are very friendly and capable too!”

“What to say that hasn't been said already. The staff at Pool Mates has saved us on a few occasions. They are all extremely friendly and patient, even when we annoy them with our constant pool issues. Their knowledge is very helpful as we are new pool owners who have had some hiccups along our journey. If you are in an emergency, they will do their best to get a crew out there to fix the problem. “I get it. It might not be your dream job testing water. But how about a greeting, a smile? Had a water sample analyzed as I had a problem. It was like pulling teeth to get a recommended treatment. The print outs are great but the customer service was pretty much non-existent. Asked about using a different chemical that I already had and got the “well I’d have to recalculate that”. It’s part of the job. Maybe some customer service training would be helpful. I know dealing with customers isn’t…”
