“Pool Mates provides exceptional pool service. This may sound unnecessarily over the top but if you’ve ever used other pool services you’ll know what I mean. Laura is very responsive, and just gets stuff done in a reasonably priced way (she is always quick to get quotes for covers, lights, etc and helps choose the most cost effective not necessarily the most expensive). Her team is professional, friendly and reliable. Pool has always been a pain in the ass with something always preventing us from using it. We have had…”

“Matt and his staff were so helpful in helping me bring my hot tub back to life. I live on lake water and did not know why I could not get the water clear. I live 2 hours away. But knew pool mates from living in Scarborough years before. After going to all the pool companies around here and not getting anywhere, I bright a sample in to Matt and his staff. “The associates at this store were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Our filter union was leaking and I simply sent them a video. They ordered me the parts, assembled them, glued them and even teflon taped the thread for me then taught me how to install it myself. This saved me $ in labour costs. $20 and my filter is up and running again!”
