“Tyler came to service my pool, as a referral for pentair warranty. He fixed my automation system, reworked the programming and established the correct settings to have the system functioning properly. He spent some time fixing my deck jets and balanced the pool. Above and beyond service.”

“This company was paid to complete a fitting & lining work, in which case a warranty was included in the quote. In less than 2 years, there has been a failure in the fittings & liners, which was communicated. Upon their site visit, they provided another quote to complete the repair, claiming the pool was overfilled & blaming the superintendent for the damage. Shortly after their repair, the superintendent noticed a similar issue after 1-2 months from teh repair and decided to bring in a different vendor who found issues…”

“So, another pool season, which would be number seven or eight with magnolia, opens with issues. In the past 3 or 4 years I have had no problem working with magnolia and some of their staffing issues as relating to my schedule for service and maintenance. The opening of my pool was scheduled at least two months in advanced and on that day I was advised, it couldn't be opened, staffing issues. Moving it to the next day would have been the right thing unfortunately it didn't get done, staffing…”

“I recently called Magnolia Pools on the recommendation of Pentair Pool equipment manufacturers to deal with a service issue with their equipment. To my pleasant surprise, Tyler called me back promptly was at my house only a few hours later!! He fixed the problem within minutes, an issue that Pentair could not solve on their own equipment. “Steve and Tyler and the team at Magnolia are fantastic. We have been using them for the past couple seasons and we would never change. Not only have they provided pool opening and closing but we have had some issues with the filters and heater. They are quick to help out and offer solutions to ensure the pool is back up and running again. Highly recommend the team at Magnolia!”
