“My wife & I were referred by friends that had their backyard pool project beautifully done by M.E. Contracting. Although we made the mistake of having our fibreglass pool installed by another so-called "expert" installer, Daryl and the team at M.E. met &/or exceeded our expectations in terms of timeline, budget, and quality. “We chose M.E. Contracting (MEC) based on word-of-mouth from a friend. Project involved the installation of a fibreglass pool, landscaping and interlock. This was back in 2022. I wanted to provide a review several years after the project. Our experience was very smooth with M.E. Contracting. “When I wanted a new patio, I used an internet search to find a contractor near me and liked M.E. Contracting’s courteous service right from the start. My salesman, Darryl, was very knowledgeable and made lots of helpful suggestions. I knew that I wanted cobblestone to replace the old concrete squares and Darryl was able to show me where to go to look at the material I wanted. “Fantastic experience working with ME Contracting. We completed a full backyard renovation - new decks, new walkout, landscaping, a pergola, shed construction and fence cladding. The individual who oversaw the project (Darryl) was fantastic and really made the project feel like a 10/10. He had great client service, responded to our wishes and always worked with us to effectively achieve our goals. He handled any problems that came up with a positive, "can do" attitude. “We absolutely loved working with Daryl and his team. Tomer and John were such pleasant people. Even our neighbors commented on how great they both were. John even offered to help our neighbor with a small task which earned him extra points. The quality of work is also great. “We hired M.E. contracting to build our new PVC deck and we couldn't be happier. they helped us choose the right design and materials and explained every step and delivered exactly what they promised. “Very happy we went with ME for our backyard project. I appreciated Daryl validating our design thoughts and he offered great suggestions as well to help us move forward with this project. The project was only slightly over budget due to a door that was no longer available and had to be custom made. With all of the various trades required to complete our backyard project, it was understandable why the project took a little longer than estimated.
