“It is difficult finding a company that will work with you to make your project come to life. After meeting with many pool companies the connection was not there. We heard about a new company "Kraken Pools" and decided to give them call. Best decision they were ready to start planning our oasis. Highly skilled and knowledgeable. Just speaking with Adam or any of the workers you get a sense of honesty and friendly customer service. “We truly cannot say enough about Kraken Pools. They were fast, professional, reassuring and compassionate. They fixed a huge problem we had on our two year old pool that was installed by another contractor who refused to help us out. Reached out to Kraken Pools and they were on site the next morning. “I called Cody from Kraken Pools with a question about my robot pool cleaner as I needed to find someone to fix it for me. I had never dealt with this company before and wasn’t expecting too much. I had already established that I may need a new motor block. Even though this company does not fix/service pool cleaners, Cory went above and beyond in helping me find a business that I could buy one from, giving me the part number of the item and emailing me all the details.…”

“The team from Kraken came to fix a liner installation that another company had not properly installed. They were lovely and upbeat and very knowledgable. They did a quick analysis on how the pool was running and provided a suggestion to fix an issue they observed as well as were responsive to any and all other questions I had.”
