“We purchased our hot tub at hot tub Hamilton six months ago, the install was great. Matt and Matt were both very knowledgable and accommodating, personable and very patient. They addressed our concerns, and made time to have me actually try out the hot tub prior to purchase in their show room. They also gave us a great deal! We would highly recommend them for any hot tub/ swimming pool needs. Thanks guys for a great experience!”

“Very happy with our Maple hottub purchase and our experience with Matt. He was very professional, reliable and patient in answering all of our questions. We never felt rushed to make a decision, it took us 3-4 months to go ahead. Matt made the process super easy. “Hot Tubs Hamilton is the only place you should buy a hot tub. Full stop. I sought out this store because they are one of the only suppliers of Maple but then the experience completely was outstanding. Maple is built in Canada and is pound for pound the best hot tub you can buy for the money. Hop on Reddit, talk to hot tub repair people, these are great tubs. “I absolutely LOVE our new Sunlighten Sauna In all honesty I just may adore it a tad more.than our spa. Nothing better than a long day, good workout and sauna. Both Mathew' were very helpful at different times but owner Matthew was the one who sold it to us, no pressure, lots of info and patience which is appreciated from 1st time sauna owners. “Matt & Co were great! Wonderful pricing, and Canadian made products. While you can get a hot tub anywhere, what set these folks apart from other vendors was their commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional white glove service. I was so stressed because a building inspector raised questions and concerns regarding safety standards for my hot tub cover, and Matt immediately actioned it, he contacted the manufacturer and provided me the documentation required.
