“I hired Fenix pools for the first time this year to open my parents pool because we didn't have a great experience with the last company we used. With this company I have no complaints, everything went smoothly and Spiro the owner was a pleasure to work with. Everything was done in a timely manner and I look forward to working with them throughout the season.”

“Spiro of Fenix pool is great at what he does. He is very knowledgeable and experienced pool specialist characterized by great customer service skills. He cares about his customers and a few times that I had to call him for sort of emergency situation in last month, he was not only very responsive, but went above and beyond to solve the issue with the pool. “I called this place and asked if the clean above ground pools the guy said yes I waited for him for 3 days he came and said that he was used to cleaning big pools ( ferrari’s) and not my pool, there was no patio and he had to fix the filter he would be back in 2 days, he never came back he said that he prefers not to clean my pool because he said it’s too hard and there’s no patio, I asked if he could at least…”

“I can’t begin to explain the top quality service provided on my pool. I had a really bad condition pool that was neglected by previous owners and was an absolute mess. Felix pools came and walked us through each step on opening it for the summer. After timely and necessary trips- all repairs were done quickly, mess was emptied, water was cleared, pool was tested and he even fixed the lights and small holes in the vinyl.
