“Charlie came by to do a warranty claim on my Hayward heater. He is very knowledgable, punctual and knows so much about these heaters. He submitted my request, and replaced the heater within hours of it arriving to my house just a few days later. Very reasonable, and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be reaching out if I have any other issues with my pool heater. Keep up the good work Charlie👍🏽.”

“I’ve been using Charlie for years to service and repair my pool heater, and he’s always been reliable. Most recently, I called him this week as I was getting an ignition failure error on my Hayward pool heater. As usual, he responded quickly, replaced the ignitor, and even cleaned out an animal nest inside the unit (always a fun surprise). The heater is now running perfectly. Thanks again, Charlie!”

“Charlie and his wife responded to my initial email promptly, saying they’d be here the next day, showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and gave us a very fair price - what a great team! They were so personable and warm we would have invited them to sit down for a drink but it was 8pm and I was sure they wanted to be on their way so didn’t. Thank you so much! Highly recommend Charlie. His wife is a bonus 😁”

“Review This is our second time using Charlie's Gas Services Inc. (different issue). Charlie responded quickly and asks the right questions in advance to make sure he arrives with the correct parts. Service was done quickly and efficiently in one visit. No need to wait for a return trip and further down time. Very happy customer! Highly recommended.”

“Charlie was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, technical and responsive. I will never go back to our big name pool service (who probably just hires people anyway).
