“Jason and the crew at Buoyline Pools did an excellent job opening our pool, eventbough Jason had a broken toe! He was efficient, professional, and the pool cleared up within a couple of days, just in time for the sunny weather. I highly recommend their service.”

“Awful experience - Chris the owner appears attentive and nice when doing business initially. Had a good first year with them; when I spent 6-7K with them upgrading heater, salt-water, etc.... Last winter I winterised my hot-tub with them. It was not properly winterised and to much surprise when they reopened it for me, it would not take any water. It's been 4 months since Chris has been promising week by week, month by month to get this spa back up and running. He no longer answers his cell and…”

“Hello. Last year we had a disagreement over an invoice where I believed that the technician had mentioned that his intervention would cost around 20 or 30 dollars less than the invoice I received. I told your office that I would be happy to keep doing business with Buoyline pools but that the invoice should be adjusted to what was promised. Since the technician didn’t remember saying anything, your Company decided to stick to its invoice disregarding the customer’s word and basic customer service, for about 30$ worth of income.…”
