“Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pool service company. They charged $300 to repair what they described as a minor leak in the pool filter pump, yet the pump continued leaking after they left. The workmanship was careless and completely unprofessional. The most disappointing part was what happened after they received the payment from us. “Dissatisfied with this company to come open my pool said they were going to sent a team only one person showed up suppose to come at a certain time showed up one hour and a half late didn’t do hardly anything on the brochure that they said they do only took cover off pool and cleaned the cover and put it away. The person that came did not put any chemicals in the pool attached the hoses in properly one was not tight the other was cross threaded so both…”

“Called them to come out and diagnose hot tub. Sent two guys who didn’t seem to understand what I was telling them was the issue, so I had to talk to a third guy on the phone. They told me it was a sensor issue…..charged me $180 for the service call and said they would be emailing me an invoice. Told them to get me a quote on the sensor and install so we could book. Chased them around for a few days before receiving the emailed invoice…..which was $12…”

“They closed my pool last year. When I opened it this year I noticed 2 jets were left open and water got behind my liner which is now a major problem. They told me they'd fix it then I never heard from them again and my calls would not go through. Horrible service do not use this company!!!”
