“Saturday my furnace quit ! ! ! I called AirFlex ASAP. Since the part was expensive and the furnace was almost 20 years old, I opted for a new one. The owner explained my options and patiently answered all my questions. The crew arrived exactly at the scheduled time. The 3 fellows took every precaution to protect my home from damage when removing the old furnace and getting the new one in (especially with the stairs). They were professional, highly skilled and friendly. No time was wasted because each member…”

“This was our 3rd major replacement (furnace and heat-pump last year). We needed to get our hwt changed. Lindon was prompt and quoted with the replacement scheduled the very next day. “During the heatwave, my AC stopped working and was told I needed a new one. I had one bad experience after another dealing with HVAC contractors not to mention it was hard to get them over to see the job because they were all swamped due to the heatwave and then Canada Day long weekend where they were just not around. On top of that, I had problems with salesmen pushing only what they had in stock, contractors being unresponsive to my questions, others didn’t have the AC I wanted…”
